What is the PSG?
If you own a SME business in Singapore, you might have heard of the PSG Grant. The PSG Grant, which stands for The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a government initiative to support SME companies who are interested in implementing IT solutions and equipment to amplify business processes. The grant is catered to industries including food and beverages, retail, logistics, construction and many more. For sector-specific solutions, PSG also allows for the adoption of cutting across industries such as providing IT solutions to improve customer management, inventory tracking and even visitor management system.
As announced in the Supplementary Budget 2020, the PSG will be raised to 80% from 1 April 2020 to 31 December 2020 to further assist SMEs in digital inclusion. The scope of solutions will cover these areas:
